Sister Judy Kramer, a long time friend of Newman Parish, has requested prayers for herself and all the other volunteers who will be working with the Border Project in El Paso, Texas. Sister Judy will assist with translating for immigrants entering our country. The Border Project is an ecumenical response to the border crisis by the churches of El Paso. May all involved feel God’s loving presence.

Gary died Friday September 28th after his battle with ALS. “We know he is pain free and resting in peace in our loving Father’s arms. Prayers of comfort and support are requested for Mich Schofield, her family and friends as they grieve the death of Tom, beloved husband, father, grandpa and dear friend. Tom died August 4, 2018. There will be a visitation this Friday from 4pm to 8pm at Stokes, Prock and Mundt Funeral Home with his funeral mass at 10:30 this Saturday at Immaculate Conception Church. Additionally, her brother Marc had a relapse and was unexpectedly taken by ambulance to Rochester Mayo one day after the death of their mother.
