Liturgical Ministries/Choir

Participation in the celebration of the Mass is the source and summit of our Christian lives.  We all participate fully and actively in the Mass through our prayer and uniting our lives to the offering of Christ in the Eucharist.  But to help celebrate the Mass beautifully and worthily various ministers are needed.

 

We encourage college students and parish members to participate as ushers, readers, and Eucharistic ministers.  Training is provided before serving in any ministry at Mass.  If you are interested in volunteering, contact Anna Smith for training at liturgy@newmanec.com

 

We also encourage college students and parish members to share their voices with our beautiful music ministry.  Newman Parish is blessed to have outstanding college students involved in our music ministry.  Parish members typically are involved with the Christmas and Holy Week choirs.  If you are interested in participating, contact Adam Krajnikconde at adam.krajnikconde@gmail.com
